YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow is a hatha inspired class with long holds and intentional movement, flowing with purpose allowing you to find your deepest connection through both asana and transition. 

Connect with your breath, find your space, allow what is.

VINYASA FLOW

Energetic and athletic inspired flow class to build strength, flexibility, confidence, and endurance.  Linking breath to movement, students are guided through a flowing series of postures, using the ujjayi pranayama.  The sequence is introduced and built upon in segments to provide students an opportunity to allow the movement to become ingrained mentally as well as physically.

HATHA / YIN

Class begins with a series of physical postures with an emphasis on alignment and breathwork.  This dynamic and muscle (yang) practice emphasizes the lengthening and contracting of your muscles.  Slower-paced with longer holds... challenge your strength and flexibility.  

2nd half of your class finds stillness to target the deeper tissues of the body - ligaments, tendons, joints, fascia and energetic layers.  Settle in

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt arrives on the mat.  You'll boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks.  Combining free weights with vinyasa flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, push-ups, lunges and more

Body Conditioning is a full body toning class with light weights, bands and balls with cardio sections to bring us a full body workout.
