Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow is a slower style of yoga that focuses on an gentle non-strenuous practice. -  This is a great practice to introduce yourself to yoga.  It's also a great practice to re-visit your posture and alignment.

Yoga Flow II

Yoga Flow II is an energetic and rhythmic flow meant to awaken your energy and break a sweat, gradually picking up the pace as we flow to the beat

Zen Yin Yoga

ALL LEVELS

Experience long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access the body's deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones and deeper layers of fascia.  Let go of tension, improve mental clarity and cultivate a healthier mindset

Restorative Yoga * Easy Like Sunday Morning

ALL LEVELS

Settle in for a gentle full body stretch, finding stillness in your breath with meditation and sound healing.  Let the energy of this practice fill you.  Restore, Reset, Rest

Restorative Nidra

ALL LEVELS

Known as Yogic Sleep or Effortless Relaxation.  Enjoy guided meditation resting in stillness, inducing a state of deep relaxation.  Settle in with all the comfy props, inviting stillness while enjoying meditation and sound healing.

 

Foundational Stretching

ALL LEVELS

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately expanded and flexed in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.  Feel increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.  Get ready to settle in and hold!

The Yang Side

Yoga Sculpt I

ALL LEVELS

Light Sculpting and Flowing.  The students are encouraged to move at their own pace while being guided through various yoga sculpting postures.  A class focused on honoring where you are at,, celebrating growth, and having fun!

Yoga Sculpt II

EXPERIENCE SUGGESTED

Where yoga meets muscle!  Students will flow at a faster pace while sculpting with weights, enjoying an energetic flow through movement and pumping to the beat

 

Pilates Mat

ALL LEVELS

Pilates Mat welcomes various core strengthening exercises using gravity and body weight for resistance.  You'll strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve balance, posture and coordination while increasing flexibility.

Barre

ALL LEVELS

Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout.  It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target - ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach.  Think high reps, low-impact movements.  Let's fine tune our muscles!

Barrelattes

ALL LEVELS

A twist on our traditional Barre class bringing in pilates mat movement.  Props with Circuits. Still engaging muscles you wouldn't normally target - ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach.

Core strengthening pilates movement with barre fine-tuning muscle movement.

Body Conditioning

ALL LEVELS

Body Conditioning is a full body toning class with light weights, bands, and balls with cardio intervals to bring you a full body workout.  Join in for a fun class all set to an energetic beat to work your whole body.  Sculpt, Tone, Burn

Body Sculpting

ALL LEVELS

Full body sculpting class using light weights and various props.  Circuits or intervals make for a fun sculpting class.  Sculpt your whole body and add in a little sweat

Just Lift

ALL LEVELS

Just Lift is just that!  It's all about lifting weights. Experience a full body lift focusing on something different each week.  This class is as challenging as you make it!  Become strong and more confident
